Project scope		the scope of the project at a high level
Project team		the team members that will be assigned for this project and the escalation procedure
Risk management
Change management		how the changes will be managed during the project
Acceptance procedure		the description of the acceptance procedure; types of tests, definition of errors.
Project Plan		detailed project plan with tasks and resource allocation
Project Deliverables		description of deliverables and their due dates.
Documentation		Description of documentation that will be delivered with the project.
